How do I purchase a subscription?
You can go to our "Subscriptions" tab, or send us an email (help@turkeyrivervalley.com) or call us at 630-981-4628 and we will walk you through it!
How often do you send things out?
We know you're busy, so we don't want to spam you with unnecessary information. With this being said, we will only send out important updates, whether through our videos, text messages, or emails.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Turkey River Valley does not offer cancellations once you make your purchase. Once you pay, you are committed to the paid period. We will continue to provide you services until the end of your paid period if you do decide to cancel.
Is Turkey River Valley a broker?
We are not. We are working for you, not the other guys.

I don't have a smart phone, can I still use your service?
Absolutely! You will still receive our text messages, and can watch our videos and emails on any device that can access the internet.
How long have you been doing this?
Although we are a new business, Jared has been farming and trading his own grain for over 8 years.
Can I have multiple people on my account?
You can only sing up to receive alerts on one number and email, however if you'd like to add a family member, please send us an email: help@turkeyrivervalley.com.
